Before Parliament even resumes Cabinet Ministers are issuing decrees to Parliamentary committees:
"Industry Minister Tony Clement said Thursday he will ask oil industry refiners, distributors and retailers to appear before a parliamentary committee to explain their 'opaque' pricing methods once Parliament resumes."
